Case 3: bilateral cleft palate with free pre-maxilla. (ABO Case) CASE 1: maxillary lateral extracted, CASE 2: surgical Class III, showing pre-surgical decompensation, CASE 3: bilateral cleft lip and palate with free pre-maxilla. CASE 4: maxillary molars placed next to maxillary cuspids.

This patient had bilateral cleft palate and lip with a free pre-maxilla. He has a Class III anterior relation. The pre-maxilla contains anteriors leaning palatally. The maxillary right lateral incisor, maxillary deciduous cuspids and the mandibular first bicuspids were extracted to be able to align the remaining teeth. He was missing a maxillary left lateral incisor. His treatment was not complete until bone grafts were done to stabilize the pre-maxilla. I had his family dentist splint the pre-maxilla with crowns soldered together.
